Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
- "mg777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at mg777.bio and all associated services, products, and features provided thereunder.
- "Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the mg777 platform.
- "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with mg777.
- "Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the aggregate of funds held in a Player's mg777 account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), including deposited funds, credited winnings, and qualifying bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, reload bonuses, or any non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account under the terms of a specific promotion.
- "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, wagering, betting, and ancillary services made available through the mg777 platform, including but not limited to: the Color Game, online slots, live dealer casino games, online bingo, and sports betting.
- "Applicable Laws" refers to the laws, regulations, and licensing frameworks of the Republic of the Philippines that govern online gaming, including relevant PAGCOR-issued guidelines.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing mg777.bio, registering an Account, or using any Service provided through the mg777 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the mg777 platform and Services. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and mg777. We strongly recommend reading them in full before depositing funds or placing wagers.
Eligibility
To be eligible to use the mg777 platform and Services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming in the Philippines is 21 years, consistent with PAGCOR-regulated standards.
- You are a resident of or are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or in a jurisdiction where accessing such services is lawful.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling-related disorder; and you have not voluntarily excluded yourself from any gambling platform or requested self-exclusion.
- You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of mg777 or its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or technology providers.
Age Verification: mg777 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending verification resolution.
Account Registration & Management
4.1 Registration Requirements
Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the mg777 platform. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number and a secure password chosen by the Player. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mg777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify mg777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
mg777 operates within an environment subject to anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) at registration or prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of GCash ownership, and/or a recent utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion.
4.4 Duplicate Accounts
If mg777 detects that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended and any associated Bonus Funds will be voided. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts will be subject to review and may be held pending investigation. Players found to have created duplicates to abuse bonus offers will have all accounts terminated permanently.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
mg777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency transactions are processed.
5.2 Minimum Transactions
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by mg777 and may be updated from time to time. Current minimums are displayed within your Account's cashier section at the time of transaction. mg777 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. mg777 does not guarantee withdrawal timelines and is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
5.4 Own Funds Requirement
Players may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals using accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited. Violation of this requirement may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
mg777 is not responsible for losses arising from deposits made using incorrect account details. Always verify payment information before completing a transaction.
Bonuses & Promotions
mg777 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "turnover requirements" or "playthrough requirements"). The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonus funds must be wagered at least the stated number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slots, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at face value without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
- mg777 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and to disqualify any Player found to be abusing promotional offers.
- Players may be required to opt in to promotions via the Promotions section of their logged-in Account. Auto-crediting of bonuses, where it occurs, will be noted in the promotion details.
Gameplay Rules & Wager Settlement
All games available on the mg777 platform — including the Color Game, JILI and third-party slots, live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), online bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each title, as displayed within the game interface.
7.1 Game Integrity
Slot games and RNG-based games on the mg777 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested by the respective game providers. mg777 does not manipulate or influence the outcome of any game. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
7.2 Live Game Rules
For live dealer games and the Color Game, the results of each round are final once declared by the live host or system. In the event of a stream disconnection or technical failure mid-round, the outcome will be determined based on available game logs. mg777 will refund wagers affected by verified system errors on a case-by-case basis.
7.3 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sports — are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published within the sportsbook. mg777 follows standard sportsbook industry settlement rules for voided events, postponed fixtures, and walkover results.
In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes or wager settlement, the mg777 platform's server logs are considered the definitive record. Player-side records (screenshots, recordings) are not considered authoritative.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using any automated system, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or software to assist in placing wagers, predicting outcomes, or exploiting game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games or poker-type products.
- Committing fraud, misrepresentation, or identity theft in connection with your mg777 Account or transactions.
- Registering using false personal information, or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
- Laundering money or using mg777 for any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments).
- Accessing or using the platform while under the age of 21, or allowing a minor to access your Account.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any wins arising from known bugs must be reported and are not payable.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing mg777 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
Responsible Gaming
mg777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The platform provides the following self-management tools accessible from within each Player's Account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of their Account. During any self-exclusion period, mg777 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration.

Intellectual Property
All content on the mg777 platform — including but not limited to: the mg777 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, code, databases, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to mg777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the mg777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mg777 platform without explicit prior written consent.
Game titles and software available through the mg777 platform may be subject to the intellectual property rights of third-party providers (including JILI, Evolution, and others). Such rights remain with those respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable Laws, mg777, its officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
- Losses incurred as a result of gameplay, including losses resulting from wagers placed on any game or sporting event;
- Unauthorized access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to secure login credentials;
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial service providers;
- Any inaccuracy or incompleteness in information provided by the Player during registration or KYC processes.
mg777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the Player's deposited balance at the time the claim arises, excluding Bonus Funds.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Account Termination & Suspension
mg777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Verified or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request;
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
- At the Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted under Clause 9.
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from breaches of these Terms will be void and non-payable. Verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) that remains after deducting any amounts owed to mg777 will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period following investigation.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the mg777 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players must submit complaints in writing to [email protected] in the first instance. mg777 will endeavour to respond to and resolve formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
mg777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the mg777 platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate implementation is required by Applicable Laws or regulatory direction.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at mg777.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the mg777 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
